Jerusalem, 14 January 2026 – Hilti is expanding its portfolio with a new range of more than 60 products designed for heavy-duty applications, further extending the innovative Nuron cordless platform. The first products were launched in the fourth quarter of 2025, marking an important milestone in delivering power and efficiency on jobsites.
With this expanded new range, cordless tools can now also operate in areas previously considered beyond the capabilities of battery-powered tools. “With this launch, we are equipping construction professionals with cutting-edge tools designed for the toughest applications, traditionally dominated by corded or gas-powered tools. We aim to increase customer productivity while also considering comfort and safety in the workplace,” says Thomas Hillbrand, Member of Hilti’s Executive Board.
Hilti is adding more than 60 specialised tools and accessories to the Nuron platform for demolition, concrete cutting, wood cutting and much more. Thanks to advanced technology, the new batteries deliver greater power and capacity. They charge faster, contributing to up to 25% higher efficiency on the jobsite, ensuring equipment is always ready for use. The new tools include Hilti’s well-known safety and comfort features, such as vibration reduction, anti-kickback protection and integrated dust control, improving operator safety and wellbeing.
The new tool range complements the more than 120 power tools, batteries and chargers already available on the Nuron platform, launched in 2022. Nuron is a connected 22-volt battery platform that unifies a wide range of tools in a single ecosystem. The platform simplifies work on jobsites, increases performance, improves fleet management and protects user health.
Integration with ON!Track, Hilti’s equipment management software, gives professionals full control over their tool fleet and battery status. This results in numerous benefits: faster work cycles, fewer unexpected delays, up to 20% reduction in unplanned downtime, lower labour costs and, ultimately, higher project margins.
With a portfolio including cordless, corded and gas-powered tools, Hilti offers professionals maximum flexibility in this market segment. This allows them to choose the right tool for every task, which is particularly important in the most demanding operations. By offering a complete range of tools and services, Hilti simplifies both procurement and maintenance for its customers.
